About This Punta Gorda Veterans Village
The Punta Gorda Veterans Village is a program that offers temporary housing to male veterans who are homeless and located in South West Florida. The apartments are equipped with two bedrooms and provide a comfortable living space with 720 square feet under air. The staff includes a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who ensures that all residents are treated with dignity and respect. There are 12 apartments in total, all consisting of 2 bedrooms. The program offers various amenities such as a pool, computer lab, community room, bike paths, exercise equipment, vending machines, coin laundry, lighted parking lot, BBQ grill, large flat screen TV, and numerous recreational facilities such as horse shoe pit, picnic tables, and a multitude of movies.
