Programs offered by TCFAH include rental and transitional housing support. The rental program currently maintains 70 affordable housing units in Seminole County and has received over 480 calls for assistance. In cases where agency units are not available, TCFAH provides referrals and information on alternative housing options, as well as social and financial assistance programs. The transitional housing program provides support for homeless families to achieve permanent housing stability, offering rent and utility subsidies, counseling, case management, advocacy, financial education, and self-sufficiency training. TCFAH has established 20 single-family, scattered-site transitional housing units within Seminole County.
