They offer assistance in financial management, budget counseling, mortgage delinquency and default resolution counseling, non-delinquency post-purchase workshops for homeowners, pre-purchase counseling, pre-purchase homebuyer education workshops, and predatory lending education workshops. The housing agency can communicate in English and Spanish. HDC is a non-profit organization certified by HUD as a 501(c)3. They provide very low, low and moderate income housing assistance for purchasing a home, as well as outreach for fair housing and Homebuyer Education. HDC also offers HUD-certified credit and foreclosure counseling, along with money management workshops. All of their services are free for the community.
