"Milander Manor" is a 60 unit Elderly Turnkey Development Project, with 56 efficiencies and 4 one-bedroom units is located at 815 West 75th Street, Hialeah, Florida. This Development was named in honor of the late Henry Milander, a former Hialeah City Councilman and longstanding Mayor of the City of Hialeah Mayor Milander served the City of Hialeah from the early 1940's to 1973. Mayor Milander created many new Parks within the City of Hialeah. The construction of "Milander Manor" was completed in June of 1976.
