The Hialeah Housing Authority is the proud owner of Bright Villas, a Public Housing Complex situated at 5215 West 25th Avenue in Hialeah, Florida. This Family Turnkey Development Family Project boasts 50 three bedroom units and was named after James H. Bright, a significant contributor to the development of Hialeah. In November of 1987, the construction of "Bright Villas" was successfully completed.
