These private and spacious apartments will offer long-term leases to Veterans with service related disabilities that meet income guidelines. The applicant's annual income must not exceed program income limits established by the Florida Housing Finance Corporation annually. 25% of units must not exceed 40% of Area Median Income, 25% of units must not exceed 50% of Area Median Income, and 50% of units must not exceed 60% of Area Median Income.
