We offer ADA accessible units that are available for rent, but there are income restrictions that apply. Our housing options are supported by both the HUD Section 8 Program and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
Our apartments are designed to provide a comfortable living experience. Each unit has a spacious living area, a private entrance, and hardwood and vinyl flooring. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped, and the heating and A/C systems are energy efficient. For safety, every window has mini blinds, smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a fire suppression system. Our ADA accessible units also come with a washer and dryer.
We take pride in our community features, such as professionally landscaped grounds, secure building entrances, and a community center. We also provide tenant services, on-site management, a laundry facility, a playground, and limited off-street parking. For emergencies, we have 24-hour maintenance available.
