Mutual Housing took ownership of Carter Court in September 2008. This development consists of 20 units that were built in 2002 and are located in Glastonbury, CT, just seven miles from Hartford off Route 17. The units are spread across five two-story buildings and include a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom flats and townhouses with private entrances and backyard spaces. All units have modern features, including modern appliances, energy-efficient windows and doors, and new kitchens and bathrooms. A community room is also available for residents to use for meetings and activities. Additionally, Carter Court accepts Housing Choice Vouchers.
