About This Fireside Apartments Senior Apartments
The Bridgeport Housing Authority Senior Apartments, known as Fireside Apartments, is situated on over 30 acres of land. There are a total of 60 buildings with 248 units which are all located on the ground floor. The apartments offer a peaceful environment for seniors and those with disabilities.
In 2010, Fireside Apartments underwent an energy upgrade which cost $2.7 million. This included the installation of new boilers, windows, and electric meter service.
Pets are allowed at Fireside Apartments, but there are certain restrictions outlined in the Pet Policy. Residents are responsible for paying their own electric bills, and there are coin-operated laundry facilities available at three locations.
Parking is available outside each building in designated parking lots, and mail is delivered directly to each unit. Garbage cans are provided for each resident, and the community room offers activities such as BINGO.
