Aztec Villa is a housing community that is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, closed on Saturdays and Sundays. The current rental rates of their apartments as of February 2016 are $855 for a 1BR, $1,023 for a 2BR, and $1,172 for a 3BR. However, the community does not have any 3BR availability at present or in the near future. Aztec Villa offers income qualified affordable housing (LIHTC) and welcomes housing choice vouchers, but is not subsidized. Though the community is currently under renovation and unable to lease, potential tenants are encouraged to keep Aztec Villa in mind for their future housing needs. The renovated apartments will have new energy-saving appliances, floor coverings, window coverings, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, windows, and more. Aztec Villa offers one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes, an on-site laundry facility, and a heated pool. The apartments also have private entries, dishwashers, central heat and air, and are pet-friendly. Tenants can have up to two pets weighing up to 50 pounds each, with a pet deposit of $300 per pet, a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, and a pet rent of $15 per month per pet. The community is conveniently located on a bus route, with easy access to I-25 Hwy 36, and is close to shopping, restaurants, and hospitals. They also have a playground and spacious floor plans. The community is Spanish-speaking.
