Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, air conditioning and heating, and grab-bars in the bathrooms for the convenience of the residents. To be eligible for residency, the head of the household must be 62 years or older at the time of application, and the household income must not exceed 50% of the HUD annual income limits. Rent is determined based on 30% of the adjusted gross income.
