The Las Palmas Apartments consist of 12 apartments in total, built and managed by CHIP. These apartments are comprised of 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms, with rental assistance available for eligible applicants who meet the USDA regulations. In order to qualify for this assistance, the head of the household must earn at least $5,772.50 from agricultural employment. Rent for these apartments is determined by a percentage of the applicant's adjusted gross income. Additionally, CHIP does not require any application or credit check fees.
