About This Telacu Terrace Senior Apartments
TELACU Terrace is a community of 74 low-income apartments situated in Hawthorn, just a short distance from the 105 freeway. The apartments are conveniently located within walking distance to shopping centers and public transportation. Residents can enjoy on-site laundry facilities, a community garden, gated parking, and a large community room. Each apartment is air-conditioned and heated and comes with a full kitchen including a stove and refrigerator, as well as grab bars in the bathroom. To be eligible for residency, the head of the household must be at least 62 years old or 18 years old and physically impaired at the time of application. Additionally, household income must not exceed 50% of the HUD annual income limits. Rent is calculated based on 30% of adjusted gross income. This apartment complex accepts HUD subsidies. If you qualify for low-income housing and apartments are available, rent will be based on 30% of your adjusted gross income. Please call for more details.
