Jackson Cornerstone is a complex of affordable housing apartments located in Jackson, CA and supported by the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. The program offers incentives to builders and developers to provide housing options for low-income individuals, with maximum rent charges based on the Area Median Income (AMI). However, the AMI may still make the apartments unaffordable for some low-income individuals. The complex consists of 62 one, two, and three bedroom apartments. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
