C-Court Inc. is the owner of Oak Forest Apartments, a Low Income Housing (LIH) project situated in Arroyo Grande, California. This affordable family development has been serving the community since 1997 and offers 20 low income units. It includes a playground and a common building that houses offices, meeting spaces and a laundry. The apartments are designed to cater to families and range from 1-4 bedrooms.
