Alameda Point Collaborative is a community dedicated to providing supportive housing for families and individuals who are struggling with homelessness and poverty. With our extensive range of services, we offer residents the necessary resources for achieving long-term success. We are the leading provider of supportive housing for homeless families in Alameda County. Our on-site case managers and counselors work closely with residents to overcome obstacles to stability. In addition, we provide adults with opportunities to participate in workforce development programs and on-the-job training. Our comprehensive approach also includes assistance with academic success for the approximately 300 children and youth who reside at APC.
