About This Folsom Oaks Apartments
There are 19 apartments available through HUD. These apartments come in one, two, and three-bedroom sizes and are intended for both individuals and families with minor children. To be eligible, individuals and heads of household must be homeless and have a psychiatric disability, and must be receiving services from an MHSA-funded mental health facility. For families, the total household income must be no more than 20 and 30% of the median income for the household size. Residents pay 30% of their adjusted income for rent, and there are additional eligibility requirements that apply. For more information, please call to inquire. These apartments accept HUD subsidies, which means that if you qualify for low income housing and apartments are available, your rent will be based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. There are one, two, and three bedroom apartments available at this location.
