TELACU Villa Hermosa is a senior community with 74 low-income apartments located in Whittier, near the 5 freeway and within close proximity to parks, markets, shopping centers, and public transportation. Our community offers amenities such as a community garden, professionally landscaped grounds, gated parking, and a large community room for residents to enjoy. Each apartment features air conditioning/heating, a full kitchen with a stove and refrigerator, and grab bars in the bathrooms for convenience. To be eligible for residency, the head of household must be at least 62 years old at the time of application or at least 18 years old and handicap/disabled. Household income must not exceed 50% of the HUD annual income limits, and rent is based on 30% of the adjusted gross income.
