The main building offers electronically controlled entry and underground parking, while the bungalows offer privacy along landscaped pathways. The bungalows lead to the Dozier Community Room and outdoor seating area, which is situated near an attractive fountain and flowering fruit trees.
The community offers 1-bedroom apartments with a monthly rent range of 30% of the monthly adjusted income.
