The Napa Park homes complex has a total of 140 rental units, with 116 being allocated for Section 8 housing-eligible individuals and the remaining units reserved for moderate-income residents. The apartments come in one, two, and three-bedroom options, with additional amenities such as a laundry room, office, maintenance area, and a spacious playground.
Upon acquiring the property from the previous private owner, NVCH spearheaded the creation of a community room, providing tenants with a designated space to hold meetings, classes, and social gatherings. Over time, a modular unit was installed and has since become the hub of activities for the entire complex.
