At Jefferson Place apartments, the rents are determined by your income and are limited to 30% of your combined adjusted income. The community is affordable and a waiting list may be in place. However, please note that full financial disclosure is required and there are maximum income guidelines in place. Please be advised that Jefferson Place does not have an on-site office. Instead, our sister property Bayou Plaza, located at 600 South Bayou Street in Mobile, AL 36608, handles all management duties. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. If you're interested in living at Jefferson Place, we have both two and three-bedroom apartments available for rent.
