About This Covey Run Apartments
Sheridan's newest senior housing development, Covey Run, is designed exclusively for non-smoking residents aged 55 and above. The community will offer 42 spacious units complete with a range of amenities that are not typically found in other developments. Each unit will have an elevator for easy access, a washer/dryer, air conditioning, additional storage space, and a reserved covered parking space. There will also be high-speed internet and cable TV wiring, a refrigerator, electric stove and range, overhead hood with microwave oven, in-sink garbage disposal, and a dishwasher. The building is designed to be energy-efficient and noise-reducing. Outdoor areas will include a patio or balcony for each unit, a picnic pavilion, barbeque grill, and picnic tables. For those who enjoy gardening, there will be garden plots available for use.
