Donald Jordan Sr. Manor is a community of affordable apartments for older adults over the age of 62. We also have accommodations for those with mobility impairments, available to adults over the age of 18. Our residents have access to bus and taxi services, as well as Dial-a-Ride. We offer a Social Service Coordinator to assist our residents with personal needs. Our community is smoke-free and includes safety features such as emergency call systems, fire and smoke detectors, and heating and air conditioning in each studio and one-bedroom apartment. The apartments also have spacious balconies, carpeting, and window treatments.
