Lawler School Lofts welcomes you to your new home! Our historic building, formerly known as Wyalusing Academy, is currently undergoing renovation to become a luxurious apartment community. We are excited to announce that Lawler School Lofts will officially open on August 31, 2018! We are currently accepting inquiries for our interest list, as we are still under construction. Specific apartments will be available for leasing in early May. Our 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments are spacious and offer great living space, over-sized closets, and your own in-home washer/dryer. You will also have access to extra storage and ample parking. Our community features include a fitness center, business/computer center, and onsite leasing office. Your furry friends are welcome, as we accept both cats and dogs under 25lbs*. Each floor plan comes fully equipped with a kitchen, including a dishwasher, large closets, and windows for plenty of natural light. You will also find unique historic features specific to each apartment. Sewer and water are included in your rent. Our security deposit is $500.00 based on screening** and there is a $20.00 application fee per adult household member. Rents range from $332 - $875, with income and qualification restrictions applied. Contact us for specific income qualification requirements.
