About This La Casa De Esperanza Village
La Casa Village I & II offers affordable and secure housing for low income seniors and disabled individuals. With 46 Section 8 approved units, we strive to provide a peaceful and comfortable living environment for our tenants. Despite the high demand for apartments, we encourage interested parties to contact us directly to inquire about eligibility for tenancy.
Our apartments boast a range of amenities, including a secured building with keyed entry, a park-like setting in close proximity to shopping, and a community room for social gatherings. Additionally, an elevator and on-site laundry and storage lockers ensure our tenants have easy access to basic amenities.
We also offer a range of activities and events, including guest speakers, gamess, and social gatherings. Furthermore, we are proud to offer a mealsite on premises, which is run by the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Waukesha County. This mealsite serves lunches Monday through Friday for tenants of La Casa Village I & II, as well as seniors in the community who are 60 years old or older.
How to apply
Public housing is a form of housing tenure in which the property is usually owned by a government
authority, either central or local. The federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) department
addressed concerns of distressed properties and blighted superblocks with revitalization and funding
projects for the renewal of public housing to decrease its density and allow for tenants with mixed
income levels.
