Each apartment is equipped with various amenities, such as a refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal, emergency pull cord, sleek lighted ceiling fan, and blinds. Laundry facilities are available on each of the three floors. The building has a locked lobby and is part of a neighborhood watch association. On-site management and maintenance staff are also available.
The complex features a large community room with a beautiful backyard that includes landscaped garden plots for planting and a spacious patio with a barbeque grill. There is surface lot and street parking available. Small pets weighing 30 pounds or less are welcome at Oakview Manor with a one-time deposit of $25. Residents can participate in several weekly activities, including bingo, craft and treat night, and a monthly themed party.
