Boulevard Apartments offers one bedroom units with ample space for independent living in a community environment. Our location provides easy access to public transportation, shopping, and medical services. Our service coordinator is always available on-site or nearby to help with any day-to-day needs. Tenants can enjoy various in-building activities such as bingo, potlucks, and on-site salon services, as well as off-site outings organized by our staff and outreach programs. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on-site and all utilities are included with rent.
To be eligible for tenancy, applicants must meet the age requirement of 62 years or older and comply with the individual income qualifications. As a designated HUD elderly complex, tenants only pay 30% of their income towards rent, with the rest being subsidized by the U.S. government. We are a pet-friendly community and allow one cat or dog (under 20 pounds) per unit, with some breed restrictions and a small additional deposit. Birds and fish are also welcomed with certain restrictions on quantity and tank size.
To make parking easy, we offer surface lot parking for a small fee. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.
