We offer a specialized living complex for seniors and those with disabilities. Our complex is comprised of 63 units, with 51 one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom apartments. Rental assistance is available for 49 of our units, and we have an elevator for easy access. Each apartment comes equipped with a full kitchen, including a stove, refrigerator, and wall A/C. Our convenient location in sunny downtown Ephrata, WA is within walking distance of the downtown area. We offer cable for a nominal fee of $10, and our deposits for a one-bedroom unit are $400, with a $200 pet deposit. For a two-bedroom unit, the deposit is $450, with a $250 pet deposit. We include water, sewer, garbage, and electricity in the rent to make things easy for our residents.
