Our non-profit apartment complex offers affordable housing for seniors and disabled individuals. We have 48 ground-floor units, including one and two bedroom options, with some units designed to be wheelchair accessible. Eligible tenants must be over 62 years of age and/or disabled. Rent is determined based on income and medical expenses, and we prioritize those with low incomes. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
