About This Arbor Manor

Arbor Manor is a program that provides temporary housing for homeless women who are 18 years or older and do not have children living with them. The program offers support services such as case management and group activities that are designed to assist the residents in becoming self-sufficient and finding permanent housing within a 24-month period. In order to qualify, applicants must have verifiable income that is less than 30% of the Area Median Income and must pass criminal and residential history screenings. They must also be willing to cooperate with onsite case management, participate in cooperative living, and follow clean and sober house rules.
