About This Homewood Terrace Condominiums (Phase 1)
Homewood Terrace is a public housing development that provides affordable living options for low-income families. We offer rambler and townhouse units in 2, 3, and 4 bedroom options, as well as ADA units.
Residents who are eligible for project-based Section 8 assistance can receive this support, while others will pay a maximum of $510 per month for rent.
Rent is calculated at 30% of residents' income, with a utility allowance reimbursement provided. We operate Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
