Our affordable housing complex in downtown Bremerton offers a total of 56 units, ranging from studios to one-bedroom apartments. These units are designed to cater to the needs of downtown workers, seniors and disabled individuals. Our complex is conveniently located close to ferries, bus stops, churches, schools and shopping centers. All of our units have been newly renovated and feature a variety of different floor plans, some of which offer picturesque water views.
To qualify for our housing complex, applicants must pass a background check and meet certain income requirements. Rent is determined based on a percentage of the gross median income for the area, with options for 30% and 50%.
