Office Hours: Our office is open from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.
Community Amenities: We provide 24-hour emergency maintenance services to our residents. We also offer carports for rent, a courtyard with picnic areas, and a playground. Our location is just a few minutes away from some of the award-winning schools in Bellevue. We are proud to offer paperless online leases, work orders, and rent payment options. Additionally, we encourage our residents to recycle.
Apartment Amenities: Our apartments are designed to offer the best living experience. Every home is equipped with a fireplace, quartz countertops, and a stainless steel appliance package. Some units also offer beautiful views of Lake Washington. We offer well-designed one and two-bedroom apartment homes.
Pet Policy: Our community understands the importance of pets to our residents. As a result, we allow a maximum of two pets per apartment. There is a one-time fee of $250.00, a monthly rent of $35.00, and a deposit of $400.00.
Please note that most apartments in our community have waiting lists. We have provided our contact information so you can get in touch with us directly to see if you qualify for an apartment. We offer both one and two-bedroom apartments.
