We welcome Section 8 and offer affordable housing units with income limits. To be eligible for our FCRP program, applicants must have lived or worked in Fairfax County for at least a year and meet the income requirements. Our rental rates are based on square footage and household size, and are subject to change. We also have a maximum allowable income based on household size.
Our apartments offer spacious kitchens, bright and open floor plans, wall-to-wall carpet, window treatments throughout, individually controlled AC/heat, abundant closet space, and either a balcony or patio. As for community amenities, we include utilities in our rent and offer a Wedgewood community center with resident activities, after-hours emergency maintenance, beautifully landscaped grounds, a playground, easy access to public transportation, a swimming pool with a kids pool, and guest parking. We are conveniently located just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and more, and are also just minutes away from 495, Tysons, and Fair Oaks. Please note that we do not allow pets.
