To enter a Pathway Homes program, you must meet certain requirements, including being at least 18 years old, being a resident of Arlington or Fairfax County (or the Cities of Fairfax or Falls Church), and having a history of serious and persistent mental illness. However, Pathways cannot accept individuals who exhibit behaviors that may harm the community, other residents, or themselves.

This apartment also accepts HUD subsidies for those who qualify for low income housing. The rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income if there are available apartments. One bedroom apartments are available at this location.
