The Fields of Falls Church, previously known as Westbrook Commons, is a complex of 96 garden apartments that are fully rehabilitated and available for households with an income of 60% of the area median. The complex is situated in a serene, established neighborhood, surrounded by lush trees and adjacent to parks and playgrounds in downtown Falls Church. The apartments were renovated in 1997 and now have wall-to-wall carpeting, modern appliances, cabinets, countertops, new windows and window treatments. They also offer a selection of one, two or three-bedroom units. The complex is located at 912 Ellison Street in Falls Church, VA 22046 and can be contacted on (703) 237-8226 for leasing. The Wesley Housing partnered with KSI Services, a for-profit organization to purchase and rehabilitate the buildings. KSI Services currently manages the property, and approximately 390 people reside in the complex.
