There are three bridges that enter the building between the third and fourth floors, and six of the townhouses are wheelchair accessible. The apartments offer various amenities such as central A/C, garbage disposals, private patios, off-street parking, and laundry room with washer and dryer hook-ups in three- and four-bedroom units. There are also parks for passive and active recreation and cable television. Wesley Housing operates the Lincolnia Community Resource Center on-site, providing residents with access to computer instruction, after-school tutoring, ESL classes, nutrition classes, summer day camps, and other educational and recreational programs. Wesley Housing purchased the land for the complex at a nominal price of $1.00 after obtaining rezoning and federal assistance. The property was completed in September 1979 and was later purchased by Wesley Housing with finance partners Fairfax Housing Redevelopment Authority, the Virginia Housing Development Authority, and Boston Capital in 2009. The community will remain affordable for another 40 years, and there are plans to renovate the units and expand and renovate the onsite Community Resource Center. The complex has approximately 375 residents and accepts HUD subsidies. Rent for HUD-subsidized apartments is based on 30% of the resident's Adjusted Gross Income, subject to availability. The complex offers one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments.
