The apartments are located within a secured courtyard and near a community building for residents to utilize. Additionally, there is one designated unit for individuals with physical disabilities and 16 units for those with mental disabilities. Unfortunately, the waiting list for these apartments is currently over a year long. The approximate monthly rent for these units is $354.
