Our community offers a mix of tax credit and market units, with eligibility for tax credit based on income. Residents are responsible for their own electric expenses. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
We provide a variety of community amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, garage, and laundry facilities. Our apartments are also equipped with a range of amenities, such as a dishwasher, disposal, efficient appliances, electronic thermostat, large closets, patio/balcony, refrigerator, and washer/dryer hookup. We offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments at our location.
How to apply
Public housing is a form of housing tenure in which the property is usually owned by a government
authority, either central or local. The federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) department
addressed concerns of distressed properties and blighted superblocks with revitalization and funding
projects for the renewal of public housing to decrease its density and allow for tenants with mixed
income levels.
