Cedar Ridge Apartments offers a total of 38 units, with 36 being one bedroom and 2 being two bedroom. All of the units are located on the ground floor and are designated for households that include a member who is at least 62 years old or has a disability or handicap, regardless of age. Some of the units are adapted for wheelchair accessibility but availability is limited. Qualified households may be eligible for rental assistance, but only a limited number of slots are available. Cedar Ridge also accepts Section 8 certificates from local Housing Authorities.
Each unit comes furnished with a refrigerator and range, but does not include a dishwasher or disposal. Washer/dryer connections are available in each unit, but there is no onsite laundry facility. Applicants are required to pay a fee of $15 per person.
