About This Housing Authority of the County of Butte (HACB)
From Monday to Friday, HACB operates between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and their primary goal is to help low to moderate income residents in Butte County to find and maintain high quality affordable housing. They offer subsidized housing options to families, seniors and disabled individuals whose earnings range from 50% to 80% of the median area income. Funding for their programs is provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the USDA Rural Development. Additionally, they also provide open market housing options at affordable rates for all applicants. HACB offers various programs that are administered and/or managed by them. How to apply

income levels.
