There are three different floor plans available for affordable housing, which include one, two, and three bedroom options. Housing vouchers are accepted and the office hours are Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The apartments have a range of features and amenities, such as 9-foot ceilings, air conditioning, ceiling fans, all-electric kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, balcony or patio, and an on-call maintenance team. To be eligible for these apartments, the gross annual income cannot exceed a certain limit based on the size of the household. The limits are $28,920 for one person, $33,060 for two people, $37,200 for three people, $41,280 for four people, $44,640 for five people, and $47,940 for six people.
