Our rental apartments are designated as a tax credit property, meaning they are supported by the LIHTC program. This program incentivizes builders and developers to provide affordable housing for low income individuals by setting rent and income restrictions based on the Area Median Income (AMI). However, it is important to note that the AMI may still make this apartment unaffordable for some low income individuals. To determine if the rent is affordable for you, please check the current rental rates. We have 88 low income apartments available, offering loft and flat style options. Our 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartments start at $618 per month, with a $150 security deposit, while our 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartments start at $736 per month, with a $200 security deposit, and our 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartments start at $844 per month, with a $250 security deposit. Water, trash, sewer, and WiFi are included in the rent, and small dogs and cats are welcome with an additional $300 pet deposit. All apartments come with kitchen appliances, washer/dryer hookups, and ceiling fans, and we offer additional amenities such as an onsite laundry facility, fitness center, library, business center, and coffee bar.
