Apartment features at The Villas of Sorrento include 9-foot ceilings, all-electric kitchens, breakfast bars, cable readiness, carpeted floors, ceiling fans, central air/heating, covered parking, disability access, dishwashers, mini blinds, pantries, refrigerators, spacious walk-in closets, tile floors, and washer/dryer connections. Pets are allowed upon approval, but breed restrictions apply. There is a $400 total pet fee, with $200 refundable and $200 non-refundable.
