About This Chloe Land Income Based Apartments
This is an affordable housing community that is restricted to individuals with a certain income level. To apply, there is an $11 fee. Garbage removal is included in the rent and a security deposit is required. The apartments come with various amenities such as a range, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer/dryer connections, ceiling fans, mini blinds, and HVAC system. Additionally, there is an office, community building with a kitchen, computer center, gazebo, picnic area, BBQ grills, and park benches.
