There are 75 independent living units available at the Complex, designed for elderly and disabled residents. The Complex features a one-story brick construction and was established in 1972. Spread across 2 acres, the three wings of the Complex comprise of 75 apartments that come with hot water heat, carpeted living rooms and bedrooms, air conditioners, and showers with built-in stools. Each wing also features a family lounge, community room, and on-site laundry facility. The floor plans range from approximately 550 to 575 sq. feet. Parking is available to residents, and they are required to pay 30% of their adjusted income. This also includes all utilities, except for telephone and cable. If residents require a deep freeze or car plug-in, an excess fee will be charged. Additionally, pets are allowed, but an additional deposit is required.
