Our hours of operation are from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays through Thursdays and from 10:00 am to 2:30 pm on Fridays.
For the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, we contact the next applicant on the waiting list as funds become available. Once the applicant is certified eligible, a Housing Choice Voucher is issued. The voucher holder is responsible for finding their own housing and must adhere to program guidelines. The housing unit must pass a HUD inspection, meeting Housing Quality Standards. There is a maximum rent subsidy paid to the tenant each month, and the tenant is responsible for paying any amount over the subsidy amount.
