This establishment offers 21 rental units suitable for low to moderate income seniors, each unit comprised of one or two bedrooms. Our primary goal is to provide safe, quality housing at an affordable price. To ensure that our tenants are comfortable, each unit is equipped with central air conditioning, heating, and energy-efficient appliances, including a gas range and oven, garbage disposal, and refrigerator.
In addition to the individual units, we offer several common area amenities. These include a community room, courtyard, and computer lab that are available for all of our residents to use. Furthermore, we offer on-site parking to all of our tenants at all of our locations.
For those interested in renting from us, we offer both one and two bedroom apartments at our various locations.
