The Ecumenical Housing Limited Partnership (EHLP) owns and runs the Maple City Apartments, while the Ecumenical Enterprises, Inc. (EEI), a non-profit corporation, manages the apartments. The complex consists of 40 one-bedroom apartments that are subsidized by Sections 202 and 8 of the National Housing Act, specifically for elderly individuals with low, very low, and extremely low incomes. To be eligible for residency, applicants must be 62 years of age or older, or one spouse in the case of a married couple must be 62 years or older.
