About This Aster Place Apartments
We are currently accepting applications for our waiting list for apartments. Our 2-bedroom apartments start at a rental rate of $660 per month, while our 3-bedroom apartments start at $755 per month. Water, sewer, and trash removal are included in the rental rates. We are pet-friendly, but please note that income limits do apply. Additionally, we accept Section 8 vouchers.
Our apartments are designed for comfort and convenience. They feature wall-to-wall carpeting and central air-conditioning. Laundry facilities are available on-site, and residents have access to a community building with a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a garbage disposal, dishwasher, range, and frost-free refrigerator. Mini-blinds are also included in each apartment. Ample parking is available, and there is a picnic pavilion and play lot for residents to enjoy.
We prioritize security and assurance for our residents. Each apartment has a private entry, and there is on-site building management and maintenance. Our 24-hour emergency service ensures that residents can always receive assistance when needed. Smoke detectors are also installed in each apartment for added safety.

addressed concerns of distressed properties and blighted superblocks with revitalization and funding
projects for the renewal of public housing to decrease its density and allow for tenants with mixed
income levels.
